Oversea Payment Options

All oversea payments to Modulelink Corporation are processed in $US Dollars. The currency converter featured on the Modulelink Corporation is provided for convenience to view prices in local currency. The currency converter updates exchange rates on the hour through a live integration. Kindly be noted that if you insist to use the currency convertor, you will see prices in the currency you selected through the checkout process, but the transaction will be processed in $US Dollars.

Orders prepaid via wire transfer or other way will not be arranged for shipment until payment is confirmed by Modulelink Corporation. If pre-payment is not received within 7 working days, your order has to be cancelled finally.

If any purchase order is confirmed, pre-payment terms will still apply unless you have an existing credit agreement with Modulelink Corporation. We do not offer business credit to end users, only OEM and distribution partners purchasing high volumes (in excess of $1 million USD annually). If you do not have pre-approved credit, please contact our sales representative and we can leverage an existing relationship with one of our OEM, distribution or channel partners to complete your purchase as collaboration.

Modulelink Corporation is required by Chinese law to collect sales use tax from non-exempt companies located If your company is exempt from sales tax, please provide proper documentation as required by your local tax authority prior to completing the order. If you do not already have a tax exempt account created to us, please create an account here and then contact us via phone, email or chat for assistance on how to submit tax exemption documentation. Once we receive the documentation on file in our tax software, we will update your ecommerce account to tax exempt and sales tax will no longer be calculated or collected when you place orders logged into the account. Please note that sales tax exemptions are valid for only 6 months and need to be updated after that.

Modulelink Corporation does its best to keep itself to be competitive enough in price offer, but we are limited on the pricing we can provide. But our OEM, distributors and channel partners are prior to other customers to get more competitive prices from us based the agreements signed to Modulelink Corporation.
