Modulelink Corporation staff constantly negotiate with our shipping providers to support our customers the lowest rates and best service levels. Most in-stock items ship FOB from our primary warehouse in China.
All packages are shipped fully insured and transit times are in good warranty. Tracking numbers will be provided to our clients via electronic shipping confirmation once it is available. Upon arrival of your shipment, please check about the physical condition of the package before opening the box. Providing the shipment box seems to have been damaged during transit, please refuse to accept the package and contact us immediately. We will expedite a replacement at no additional cost after your request of replacement is approval. Be attention that once a shipment is accepted by the recipient from the shipment provider, any damage thereafter will be the customer's responsibility.
We proceed orders each business day, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM in China. Orders received before 12:00 AM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Items that show same-day shipping will be shipped the same day if ordered before 12:00 AM. For other items, the leading time starts when the order reaches awaiting fulfillment status. Items with In Stock availability have a 2-421 day leading time. Items with Limited availability are not in stock for immediate shipment.
Our sales represntative will follow-up with a specific leading time once your order is started. Customers will be notified immediately at any status in the fulfillment process if any unexpected delays occur.
If you prefer to use your own 3rd party service provider account, please contact our sales represewntative about that and provide carrier, account number, and method in the Order Comments. All orders shipping to Russia will require the 3rd party service provider account to proceed.
Same Day Service - If your network has suffered an outage and replacement equipment is critical, we do offer same day service via commercial air counter to counter courier service. Please contact our sales representative for details and pricing.
Oversized / Heavy Shipment Services - For heavier shipments or shipments requiring special services, we can accommodate almost any need. If your shipment has specific requirements, Please contact our sales representative for details and pricing.
If you have not received your shipment within the expected delivery time, or if the shipment has been delivered but is not in your possession, please have your order number ready and contact our Service Team for assistance. A Customer Service Representative will follow-up with the shipping service provider immediately and provide you with an update or further instructions quickly. If your shipment arrives damaged, please do not open the box or remove any of the packaging materials. Our Customer Service Representative will have to process a damage claim with the shipping service provider, have the damaged merchandise picked up from your location, and provide you with details on a replacement. In cases of both loss and damage caused during delivery to international addresses, a replacement item can only be sent once a claim with the shipping provider has been processed and completed. The intended recipient may be required to provide a signed statement attesting to the non-delivery as part of the claims process.
