High Isolation CWDM Mux Demux Bare Device 1270~1610nm Wavelength
Modulelink CWDM mux/demux is using optical multiplexers to reuse different wavelengths of light into a single fiber to transmit signals. At the receiving end of the link, the mixed signal is decomposed into signals in the fiber by means of an optical demultiplexer. Different wavelengths are connected to the corresponding receiving equipment.
CWDM Optical Add/Drop Module
Modulelink makes and supplies a full range of CWDM Mux-Demux and Optical Add Drop Multiplexer (OADM) units to suit all kinds applications and network solutions. Modulelink' Coarse wavelength division multiplexer (CWDM Mux/Demux) utilizes thin film coating technology and proprietary design of non-flux metal bonding micro optics packaging. It provides low insertion loss, high channel isolation, wide pass band, low temperature sensitivity and epoxy free optical path.
Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing 100G DWDM Mux Demux ABS box type
Modulelink Dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) is a technology that puts together -- multiplexes -- data signals from different sources so they can share a single optical fiber pair while maintaining complete separation of the data streams. Each signal is carried on a separate light wavelength; the dense part of DWDM refers to the fact that more than 80 separate wavelengths, each about 0.8 of a nanometer (nm) wide, can share a single optical fiber.
Bare Device DWDM Mux Demux Wavelength Division Multiplexer
Modulelink DWDM Mux/Demux and OADM units are an integral part of various network solutions and it offers a full range of plug-and-play modules for Gigabit & 10G Ethernet, ESCON, SDH/SONET, ATM, CATV, FTTX, and other applications. Modulelink proprietary DWDM Mux/Demux modules utilize non-flux metal bonding micro optics packaging to reach optical add and drop at ITU wavelengths. With thin-film coating technology, our units provide high channel isolation, low insertion loss, low-temperature sensitivity, and an epoxy-free optical path.
DWDM Mux Demux Rackmount
Modulelink DWDM multiplexer/demultiplexer is designed and manufactured for multi-wavelength DWDM network applications. It works on an ITU grid with 100 GHz channel spacing based on thin-film filter (TFF) technology. The wavelength range of DWDM is from 1270nm to 1610nm with an optional ITU channel wavelength. It has a series of advantages, such as multi-kind of packaging structures, low insertion loss, high channel isolation, and so on.
DWDM Optical Add Drop Wavelength Division Multiplexer 100G/200G Low Insertion Loss
Modulelink 100GHz/200GHz wavelength multiplexer(100,200G DWDM OADM Module) utilizes thin film coating technology and proprietary design of non-flux metal bonding micro optics packaging to achieve optical add or drop at a ITU wavelength. It provides ITU channel center wavelength, low insertion loss, high channel isolation, wide pass band, low temperature sensitivity and epoxy free optical path. It can be used for wavelength add/drop in telecommunication network system.
PLC Splitter Bare Device
Modulelink makes and provides high quality bare fiber PLC splitter, that can be easily applied in the construction of FTTx, construction of optical network and CATV networks, maintaining low insertion loss. It is high precision splitter for building optical network, composed with high quality material. High placement requirements, position and environment is not needed and it has compact micro type design. It is especially suitable for small room installation and can be easily placed in different types of terminal boxes and distribution boxes, in favor of the merger and to remain in the tray without reserve of additional space.
Steel Tube PLC Splitter
Modulelink PLC splitter is the optical power management device that is fabricated using silica optical waveguide technology to distribute optical signals from Central Office (CO) to multiple premise locations. It has stronger fiber protection than bare fiber splitter, which is a miniaturization result of cassette splitter. It's mostly used in various connection and distribution boxes or network cabinets.
100GHz Thermal Array Waveguide Grating (AWG) ABS box
Moduelink 100GHz AWG device is to multiplex 40 optical signals with different wavelengths onto one optical fiber (multiplexing), or separate 40 optical signals multiplexed in one optical fiber by wavelength (demultiplexing). It generates mature flat-top type thermal array waveguide grating technology and adopts a sealed technology package to ensure high environmental stability.
AWG 1U Chassis Optical Multiplexer And Demultiplexer
Modulelink's two types of 40Ch 100G MUX/DEMUX AWG, Flattop and Gaussian, all of them are passive, no power. Flat top type is normal and Max IL is 5dB, cost-effective. The Max IL of Gaussian is 3.5dB. AWG is widely used to the WDM-PON system now while the 5G network is coming.
FWDM Splitter With High Stability
Modulelink FWDM filter 1310 1550 optical splitter and FWDM T1550 R1310&1490 can achieve 1550/1310&1490 two channel optical signal multiplexing and demultiplexing, genaratiing single optical fiber transmission capacity multiplier, Widely used in optical fiber network upgrading and CATV network etc.

Modulelink FTTX Filter WDM module is design and manufactured based on Thin Film Filter (TFF) technology. The device combines or separates light at different wavelengths in a wide wavelength range. They can be working well with very low insertion loss, low polarization dependence, high isolation and excellent environmental stability. Modulelink FTTH/FTTX 1310/1550nm FWDM Filter WDM can differ the multiplexing and de-multiplexing of communication optical signals of 1310nm and 1550nm. It can expand the capacity of a single fiber to achieve bidirectional transition, so it is widely used in optical network upgrade and expansion, or introduce new comprehensive business etc. GEPON system itself works on 1310/1490, so CATV signal here is delivered over same fiber using 1550nm, and FWDM is a place where all this gets "mixed".
