Optical Transceiver SFP 1.25G MM 850nm 550m Duplex LC DDM
Modulelink SFP transceivers are high performance, cost effective modules supporting data-rate of 1.25Gbps and 550m transmission distance with MMF. The transceiver consists of three sections: a VCSEL laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA) and MCU control unit. Modulelink SFP module provides differential termination and reduce differential to common mode conversion for quality signal termination and low EMI. SFP typically operates over 200 mm of improved FR4 material or up to about 150mmof standard FR4 with one connector. It is designed to transmit and receive optical data over single mode optical fiber for link length 10km and is compliant to SFI electrical specifications. The transmitter input and receiver output impedance is 100 Ohms differential. Data lines are internally AC coupled.

Modulelink 1.25G BIDI SFP supports dual data-rate of 1250MGbps and from 10km to 20km transmission distance with SMF. The 1.25G BIDI SFP consists of two sections: The transmitter section incorporates a FP laser. the receiver section consists of a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA). They satisfy class I laser safety requirements. The optical output can be disabled by a TTL logic high-level input of Tx Disable. Tx Fault indicates that degradation of the laser. Loss of signal (LOS) output indicates the loss of an input optical signal of receiver. The standard serial ID information compatible with SFP MSA describes the transceiver's capabilities, standard interfaces, manufacturer and other information. It is with the SFP 20-pin connector to allow hot plug capability. This module is designed for single mode fiber and operates at a nominal wavelength of CWDM wavelength. There are eighteen center wavelengths available from 1270nm to 1610nm, with each step 20nm. The transmitter section uses a multiple quantum well CWDM DFB laser and is a class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC-60825. The receiver section uses an integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC. The CWDM-SFP-GE40-XX series are designed to be compliant with SFF-8472.
