Optical Transceiver SFP 1.25G 120km CWDM Duplex LC 1470nm-1610nm SM DDM
Modulelink transceiver is small form factor pluggable module for duplex optical data communications such as Gigabit Ethernet 1000BASE-ZX and Fiber Channel 1x SM-LC-L FC-PI. It is with the SFP 20-pin connector to allow hot plug capability. This module is designed for single mode fiber and operates at a nominal wavelength of CWDM wavelength. There are eighteen center wavelengths available from 1470nm to 1610nm, with each step 20nm. The transmitter section uses a multiple quantum well CWDM DFB laser and is a class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC-60825. The receiver section uses an integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC.

Optical Transceiver GPON ONU Sticker SFP TX 1.25G/RX 2.5G 20KM Tx1310nm/Rx1490nm SM
Modulelink transceiver supports Time of Day and 1PPS interface, can be managed from the OLT over the GPON using G.988 OMCI. Modulelink GPON ONU SFP Module is designed for passive optical network application. It can fully support the Class B+/C+ ODN application specified by the ITU-T G.984.2 standard and ITU-T G.984.2 Amendent1. It is fully compliant with IEEE 802.3ah-2004. It is packaged of small form package with SC connector. The digital diagnostic monitoring function is fully compliant with SFP MSA. It is 1310nm un-cooled DFB Laser, InGaAs preamplifier and WDM filter in a high-integrated optical sub-assembly. It transmits 1.244Gbps at 1310nm in burst mode and receives 2.488Gbps at 1490nm in continuous mode.
Optical Transceiver GPON SFP OLT Class C++ Single Fiber single mode
Modulelink SFP transceiver is the high performance module for single fiber by using 1490nm continuous-mode transmitter and 1310nm burst-mode receiver. It is optical line terminal(OLT) for ITU-T G984.2. The optical transceiver is compliant with the Small Form- Factor Pluggable (SFP) Multi-Source Agreement (MSA). The transmitter section uses a 1490nm DFB LD with automatic power control (APC) function and temperature compensation circuitry to ensure stable extinction ratio over all operating temperature range. and is ClassⅠlaser compliant IEC825 and CDRH standards.The receiver has a hermetically packaged burst-mode APD-TIA (trans-impedance amplifier) pre-amplifier and a burst-mode limiting amplifier with LVPECL compatible differential outputs.
Optical Transceiver EPON OLT SFP PX20+ 1.25G 1310/1490nm Simplex SC Connector
Modulelink transceiver supports data rate of typical 1.25 Gbps for GEPON OLT application up to 20km transmission distance, it's designed meeting with Telecom EPON equipment technical requirement. The SFP transceivers are high performance, cost effective modules supporting dual data-rate of 1.25Gbps/1.0625Gbps and 20km transmission distance with SMF.The transceiver consists of three sections: a FP laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA) and MCU control unit. All modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements. The transceivers are compatible with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472.
Optical Transceiver EPON ONU SFP 1.25G 1000BASE-PX20+
Modulelink Transceiver is designed for Gigabit Ethernet Passive Optical Network (EPON) 20km transmission. The module incorporates 1310nm burst-mode transmitter and 1490nm continuous-mode receiver. The transmitter section uses a 1310nm FP laser and an integrated BM laser driver which is designed to perform very small burst enable/disable delay time. The laser driver also includes digital APC and temperature compensation circuit, which are used for keeping the launch optical power and extinction ratio constant over temperature and aging. The receiver section uses an integrated 1490nm InGaAs Pin photodiode and preamplifier mounted together. It has the function that indicates receiver signal-detected status(active high). An integrated WDM coupler can separate 1490nm input light and 1310nm output light.
